1. Candidates must be “secular” and “humanist” Turkish Immigration or UNHCR Turkey employees who can provide a 5+ years body of work in secular rights activism, and/or equivalent credible references.

2. Candidates must have an advanced-level of writing, and speaking skills in “at least” these 3 languages: (1)English, (2)Turkish, (3)Arabic (and/or) Persian
